Recognize Signs of Dehydration of Your Body



Body We need a lot of fluids and water to function properly. If the body is dehydrated body will be affected as a result of dehydration. If left unchallenged, dehydration can affect organ function and cause chronic diseases such as stroke, seizures, and even death.

In some circumstances, sometimes you do not realize that the body is lack of fluids such as during exercise and expend a lot of sweat or during hot weather. Every body should at least drink 8 glasses a day but it is often forgotten when no thirst

1. You have bad breath smeel.

Saliva has anti-bacterial properties. If you're dehydrated, your saliva levels down and so is the ability of your mouth to fight the germs that cause bad breath. If you feel your breath began to emit a bad odor when you are brushing your teeth, try to drink more water regularly and more.

2. Easily forgotten and confused.

When the mind is confused and forget this is also a sign of dehydration. Drink more water during hot weather, lack of fluids can make you dizzy.

3. Suddenly want certain food cravings.

The liver needs water to function properly. When the heart does not get it, the heart signal to the brain that the heart needs fuel. As a result you will feel hungry and crave certain foods, when in fact your body just needs water.

4. Your skin starts to rain
Try to do this simple test, pull the skin back of your hand and then disconnect, if the skin is quickly back in place it means you are not dehydrated, but if it means the body begins to slow due to lack of fluids and dehydration can cause reduced skin elasticity.

5. Do not sweat
When the body does not sweat even during hot weather though, this is also an important sign that you are dehydrated. Due to reduced fluid needs, your body can not produce sweat. This can be dangerous, because the normal human body will sweat especially during hot weather or after exercise.
