3 Tips to Over Sweating When Excessive

Sweat that appear excessive in the forehead or underarms not only create confidence shrinks, but also could be a sign that you may be experiencing health problems.

According to the health of the skin, excessive sweating can trigger skin problems.

"Many people who experience excessive sweating do not realize they have a problem of health conditions that can be treated," said Dr. Jenny Eileen Murase, an assistant clinical professor of dermatology at the University of California-San Francisco Medical Center.

According to him, people may experience excessive sweating hyperhidrosis and one way around that is to consult with a certified dermatologist.

A dermatologist is a doctor trained to diagnose and help overcome hyperhidrosis.

As quoted from the pages of CBS News, Thursday (27/10/2016), Murase give tips for those who have problems sweating excessive.

1. Individuals who have excessive sweating should use antiperspirant rather than a deodorant.

Antiperspirants inhibit sweat glands.

In addition to applying to the armpit, you can also put it on other areas of the body to sweat, such as palms, backs, and behind the knees.

2. Make a note of when you sweat, then try to avoid the situation.

Generally emergence is triggered by hot-air sweat, feel restless, and certain foods containing caffeine and spicy flavor.

3. If your feet sweat easily, using natural materials such as leather shoes that allow air circulation.
Do not use the same shoes two days in a row.

Try to keep it dry completely before reuse.

But avoid using cotton socks because it will cause damp conditions.

Choose socks that absorb sweat from the skin of the foot. You can also use slippers or take off their shoes when conditions allow.
